Sue Wright

  • Brings over 20 years experience in government,  not-for-profits and private industry across employment, business and industry, homelessness, disability, youth, the arts and community legal services
  • Brings a genuine ability to connect strategy to service delivery and the needs of customers
  • Has an ability to analyse, interpret and synthesize a broad range of complex information and research that is highly regarded by her peers both in and outside of government
  • Is well known for getting ‘impossible’ projects done, and done well
  • Has managed and conducted strategic and program evaluations and brings a real enthusiasm for process and impact evaluation. She sees evaluation as a practical tool to enable people to see where they’ve been, how they’re going and what real impact they’re having
  • Has held numerous positions across a number of ‘economic ‘ and ‘social’ departments  in government policy development, program management and service delivery roles
  • Has a depth of experience with business excellence frameworks, quality management systems and business process reviews which grew out of her work in organisational and policy development in the not-for-profit sector
  • Is also an illustrator with a keen ability to storyboard just about anything.
