Scott Cobine
- Brings over 15 years experience in human resources within public and private sector organisations
- Worked for the Bank of Queensland for 10 years. As Senior HR Advisor he worked in all operational areas of the business as well as on large projects such as the outsourcing of IT and all the Bank’s acquisitions over the last five years
- Started his own Human Resources consulting business in 2009, taking on the challenges of small to medium size enterprises across sectors and industries from medical imaging to arts industry peaks to specialist medical practice. He is also a supplier of commissioning services to major public infrastructure projects
- Has a genuine understanding of people and organisations, which is grounded in real experience across the finance, construction, arts, not-for-profit, government, retail and medical industries
- Brings considerable expertise in the areas of: HR legislation, policy and process; recruitment; remuneration and benefits; change management; career coaching; performance management; operational HR management; and HR strategy
- Works with organisations of all sizes to develop realistic HR strategies that support business goals and drivers, legislative requirements and good practice.
