Has a grounded approach to working alongside communities, organisations and government underpinned by over 6 years experience in Queensland Local Government and 10 years working in the youth and community sectors (both in Australia and overseas)- Brings high level energy and commitment to working with people, communities and organisations to achieve outcomes that are sustainable, realistic and achievable
- Is known for her keen ability to engage people through good processes and techniques to achieve strong outcomes
- Has a genuine regard for diversity and bringing people together to negotiate ideas and solutions
- Gained a great deal of industry credibility as the Social Policy Officer and Youth Policy Officer for the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ) providing the perfect launch pad to work with governments, organisations and communities to achieve good outcomes whilst building capacity and performance.
