Phase II Somerset Regional Council Community Planning Consultations

Fieldworx signature treats Chupa Chups, have been popular once again as community members, council staff and elected officials engage in discussion about Somerset’s future in the next 10 years.

Somerset – Where lifestyle is the destination?

This vision statement is the topic for discussion posed by Fieldworx team members, Rachael and Eleesa as they commence the second round of consultations for the development of Somerset Regional Council’s draft Community Plan.


This is a tough question to consider given the recent traumatic events experienced by many in the Somerset Region and the massive task faced by Council in supporting the transition to recovery.
However, early feedback from the community suggests that this vision statement and the priorities contained in the draft Community Plan will provide a great framework for rebuilding this much loved region. To learn more about how this project is unfolding visit www.somerset.qld.gov.au
