Sandra Fields

 

Sandra has worked in senior management positions for community organisations, local government, state government and business. Sandra’s background has given her insight into, and an appreciation of, the needs of diverse stakeholders. Within this context, she enjoys the challenge of finding common ground between non-traditional partners.

Her work has focused on social policy and program development, community development, community engagement, management and responding to the needs of young people.

Eleesa Johnstone

Eleesa has a diverse range of skills and experience gained from over 20 years of practice in private, community and government human service industries. Her experience has been in research, programing and policy development across a range of sectors including youth, employment, health and housing.
Eleesa’s practice is influenced by strengths-based approaches and is underpinned by principles of collaboration and engaging in just practice.  Throughout her work Eleesa demonstrates a strong belief that engagement and development opportunities need to be enjoyable and respectful.

Jane Jennison

 

Jane has extensive experience in the fields of youth and community participation and engagement, community cultural development and cross-cultural work. She is experienced in program design, implementation and management along with group facilitation, strategic and operational planning.

Jane is highly skilled in working with culturally diverse communities, in particular Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, Pacific Islander communities and recently arrived refugee and migrant communities.

She has worked in a number of roles for local government and as the CEO of a non-profit Arts and Cultural Development organisation. In 2004 Jane was awarded the Inaugural Young Leader in Community Cultural Development Award from the Federal Government’s Australia Council for the Arts.

 


 

Jenny Ryan

Jenny has nearly 30 years experience working in the health and welfare fields as a therapist, educator, coordinator, facilitator, administrator and manager

Her primary interest and focus has been on development of culture and communities, of organisations and businesses, of networks and the personal development and wellbeing of individuals. She works well linking people together to generate awareness and understanding, to grow ideas, enjoy connections and achieve results.

She is a skilled communicator with extensive experience in program and project management and delivery, in development of strategic and operational policy and procedures, in management and facilitation of events and in marketing and promotions.

Jenny is inspired by human creativity and enjoys working with others to grow opportunities and respond to and manage change.

 


 

Judith Wootton

Judith brings over 15 years of experience in the training and community sectors to Fieldworx, having worked in education, peak community and training agencies, as well as in a range of project management roles.

She has managed a variety of professional development projects on a state-wide and national level for the non-profit, government and corporate sector. She has co-ordinated national conferences and forums, as well as planning, promoting, delivering and evaluating customised training seminars and workshops.

Judith is a highly skilled project manager and brings an envious diversity of skills to this work, including administration management, high level computer literacy, graphic design and desktop publishing.  She holds a Bachelor of Business – Accountancy, as well as a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.


 


 

Linda Jones

Linda has over the past 15 years in both business and education sectors. She has worked in various multinational organisations and private businesses in Brisbane and Melbourne and has taught at all levels of public education. Linda’s experience in education has been in multicultural and economically challenged communities. She brings a unique understanding of the business sector and community, cultural and youth affairs.

Linda is highly skilled in business administration, data management and evaluation which combined with her high level of computer literacy enables accurate and reliable input and dissemination of data.

She holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy, a Post Graduate Diploma of Education and is a Certified Practising Accountant. In addition to this she has a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
