Sandra Fields

 

As the founding Director of Fieldworx, Sandra brings energy, focus and a creative edge to the business.  Sandra enjoys a hard earned reputation as a highly skilled and dynamic facilitator and communicator. Sandra is renowned for her capacity to foster respectful and productive relationships with clients and partners, complimented by her strong commitment to delivering an exceptional product to investors.

 Sandra’s insightful and strategic leadership has developed from over 22 years of experience across multiple settings. Sandra’s work has focused on social policy and program development, community and stakeholder engagement, facilitation, consultation and evaluation. She has worked in senior management positions for state government, local government, community organisations and business. Sandra’s background has given her insight into, and an appreciation of, the needs of diverse stakeholders. Within this context, she enjoys the challenge of finding common ground between non-traditional partners.

Sandra formed Fieldworx in 2002 to provide a outlet for her passion for public and community engagement, the development of partnerships between diverse stakeholders and supporting the development of peoples connection to community. Sandra is also been an active member of the Circa Board since 2005. 


Michelle Osborne

Michelle joined Fieldworx as a Director in 2009 and has over 12 years experience in consulting at a senior level to the private and public sector, predominately in Financial Services and Health. Her adaptability has ensured her involvement in a diverse range of roles including project and change management, strategy development, research and efficiency programs. Michelle has a reputation for delivering results to facilitate organisational change.

Michelle’s experience with the management of a wide range of projects sees her having a detailed understanding of the economics and business case development that underpins execution of an organisation’s strategic initiatives. Michelle’s knowledge and experience of both operational and strategic operating models brings a new dimension to the Fieldworx suite.

With a diagnostic approach, Michelle is highly skilled in root cause analysis and the development of innovative solutions through extensive stakeholder engagement. She holds a Master of Business Administration, Prince 2 Practitioner Certification and Certificate IV Training and Assessment. 


 

 Eleesa Johnstone

Eleesa has worked with individuals, groups, organisations and communities in a diverse range of roles including capacity building, stakeholder engagement, organisational development, professional development, policy development and analysis, research and evaluation over the past 20 years.

On a daily basis, Eleesa utilises her excellent communication, leadership, facilitation and evaluation skills to manage a broad range of projects (localised, state-wide and nationwide) for a group of valued clients.

Eleesa loves the opportunity and challenge of working with diverse stakeholder groups in her area of expertise – community and stakeholder engagement and consultation. Her passion is people; she is enthusiastic about getting people to connect, share experiences and insights to develop positive solutions to challenging issues.range of skills and experience gained from over 20 years of practice in private, community and government human service industries. Her experience has been in research, programing and policy development across a range of sectors including youth, employment, health and housing.

Eleesa’s practice is influenced by strengths-based approaches and is underpinned by principles of collaboration and engaging in just practice.  Throughout her work Eleesa demonstrates a strong belief that engagement and development opportunities need to be enjoyable and respectful.

Jane Jennison

 

Jane has extensive experience in the fields of youth and community participation and engagement, community cultural development and cross-cultural work. She is experienced in program design, implementation and management along with group facilitation, strategic and operational planning.

Jane is highly skilled in working with culturally diverse communities, in particular Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, Pacific Islander communities and recently arrived refugee and migrant communities.

She has worked in a number of roles for local government and as the CEO of a non-profit Arts and Cultural Development organisation. In 2004 Jane was awarded the Inaugural Young Leader in Community Cultural Development Award from the Federal Government’s Australia Council for the Arts.


Jenny Ryan

Jenny has nearly 30 years experience working in the human service field as a manager and administrator, educator, community engagement coordinator and facilitator. Jenny has developed exceptional communication and relational skills derived from working extensively within the health, education and community service sectors both nationally and internationally.

Jenny has extensive experience in program and project management and delivery, in development of strategic and operational policy and procedures, in management and facilitation of events and in marketing and promotions.


Judith Wootton

 

Judith brings over 15 years of experience in the human services, training and community sectors to Fieldworx, having worked in education, professional development and training agencies, as well as in a range of promotional and project management roles.

She has managed a variety of professional development projects on a state-wide and national level for the non-profit, government and corporate sector. She has co-ordinated national conferences and forums, as well as planning, promoting, delivering and evaluating customised training seminars and workshops.

 


Linda Jones

Linda has over the past 15 years in both business and education sectors. She has worked in various multinational organisations and private businesses in Brisbane and Melbourne and has taught at all levels of public education. Linda’s experience in education has been in multicultural and economically challenged communities. She brings a unique understanding of the business sector and community, cultural and youth affairs.

Linda is highly skilled in business administration, data management and evaluation which combined with her high level of computer literacy enables accurate and reliable input and dissemination of data.

She holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy, a Post Graduate Diploma of Education and is a Certified Practising Accountant. In addition to this she has a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.


Kate Fell

Kate Fell has 10 years experience in the arts and creative industries sector. She has worked for a number of festivals, events, cultural venues and institutions. Her work has involved programming and producing cultural events, working with a range of government and community stakeholders, and developing new ways to engage communities through arts and culture.

 

She has worked with various communities at the local, regional, state, and national level with a particular focus on young people. Her passion for engaging people in arts and culture has seen Kate manage arts companies as well as developing new programs and policies for involving young people in major festivals and events.

Kate's interest and skills lie within policy development, strategic planning, and the development of new initiatives. She has been on a number of key government and not-for-profit boards and advisory committees including 5 years as a member of the Australia Council Theatre Board.


Sharon Ledwith

 

Sharon manages the finance and administration team of Fieldworx. Sharon brings to her position skills and qualifications in finance and accounting gained from her years of experience in managing corporate accounts and her own small business.

Sharon manages the financial quality assurance and risk management requirements of Fieldworx. Her diligence and eye for detail are an asset to the organisation and valued clients.

Fieldworx works closely with P4 for all marketing and communications requirements.  P4 is a marketing communications consultancy that offers its clients a fully integrated approach to their communications needs. The team has a proven track record of success with some of Australia's leading organisations. Specialising in the development of proactive and positive communication plans and strategies, P4 has expertise across the government, not-for-profit and private sectors.

 

The skills and expertise of P4 compliments the community and stakeholder engagement approaches developed by Fieldworx.
