Fieldworx has extensive experience in the development and implementation of innovative approaches to community engagement, social research and capacity development initiatives. We aim to build understanding and relationships between community and government agencies using participatory action research methods.

We have managed numerous politically sensitive and complex issues and consulted closely with politicians, government departments, community organisations, and special interest groups, as well as connected with individuals and family groups. We have engaged with 4 year olds through to 75 year olds, and worked in accordance with cultural protocols to be sensitive to the needs and beliefs of Indigenous people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. 

 

We specialise in:
• Designing, developing and evaluating effective stakeholder engagement plans
• Employing a variety of engagement methods such as TOPS, World Café, Scenario Planning, Appreciative Inquiry, the Tupaware Approach etc
• Establishing and maintaining stakeholder advisory groups, reference groups, think tanks, and online engagement strategies
• Managing and facilitating public forums, focus groups, targeted interviews, and stakeholder workshops
• Managing qualitative and quantitative data management systems
• Preparation of status reports and outcomes reports
